Email [email protected]. Include the email attached to your Bone Wizardry account, your device model, app version, and the steps that produced the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, patient information, or Apple Account credentials.
Sign-in and account access
Bone Wizardry uses passwordless email codes. Enter the same email you used for your membership or tutoring checkout, then check that inbox and its spam folder for the six-digit code.
- The app can be used in guest mode without signing in.
- Sign in to keep supported study progress associated with the same account across devices.
- If checkout used a different billing email, try the Bone Wizardry sign-in email you selected during checkout.
App Store purchases
In the iPhone or iPad app, open Account, scroll to Pricing, and choose Elite Monthly, Elite Annual, or Founding Lifetime. Apple confirms the exact localized price before purchase.
If you already purchased through Apple, open Account and tap Restore Purchases. Keep the device signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase and allow the restore to finish before closing the app.
Website memberships
Website memberships are managed separately from App Store billing. Sign in with the email chosen at website checkout. Billing management is available at bonewizardry.com/manage.
QBank, Cluecards, and study progress
For missing questions, incorrect access, or progress that does not appear on another device, confirm that both devices use the same Bone Wizardry account. Then fully close and reopen the app once so it can refresh the current catalog and account state.
To report a factual problem in a question or lesson, use the correction link in the content when available or email support with the page or question title.
Live Classrooms and tutoring
Live Classrooms are free for signed-in students. Camera and microphone permissions are requested only when you enter a Tutor Room or join the Classroom stage.
Private tutoring is purchased separately from Elite. Use the student session portal with the email used at tutoring checkout to view and join a scheduled private room.
Delete your account
Open Account in the app or website and use the account-deletion control. You may also email [email protected] with “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
